Your order will be sent within 2 working days and should be delivered within 2-7 working days after you place an order. We ship our UK packages via the national postal service or courier ordinarily, a signature will be required on receipt. If you are not around to take the delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how to collect your package.
Please note that we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched and we will not ship your package again if you weren’t able to collect your package or you have given the wrong address.

We’ll dispatch your order using the national postage service. Once we receive your order, we email you within 2 working days to confirm the date that your order will be dispatched. Delivery can take between 7-10 working days. In extreme circumstances please allow up to 21 working days before contacting us. You will be sent the tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Worldwide Tracked Delivery
This is a paid for tracked service that costs £18.50
We’ll dispatch your order using the national postage service. Once we receive your order, we email you within 2 working days to confirm the date that your order will be dispatched. Delivery can take between 21-30 working days. You will be sent the tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused articles within 14 days of receipt (own expense). The articles must be returned undamaged.

Once we receive your return, all goods will be inspected. Any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. A refund of the returned goods will be made within 14 days to the card you used for the original purchase. Shipping costs are on your expense. Since we are not responsible for any items that are send to us in error, we recommend using a postal service that insures the value of your returned products or gives you a proof of posting.
